Tiffin, Ohio — The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Heidelberg University and Tiffin University, is gearing up to host the annual Around the Town event. Taking place on Madison Street, between South Washington Street and Jefferson Street, in Downtown Tiffin, the event is scheduled for August 20 at 12:30 p.m.

The primary objective of the Around the Town event is to provide incoming and returning students with an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the diverse range of businesses and organizations that thrive in Seneca County. Over the years, this event has served as a successful platform for nonprofit organizations to recruit volunteers from the local universities.

During the event, registered businesses and organizations will set up booths to showcase their products and services to the university students. Eager to explore what the community has to offer, students, accompanied by campus leaders, will make their way to the event from their respective campuses.

To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, organizations interested in participating in the event are encouraged to sign up online at this link.

This annual event promises to be a valuable experience for both the students and the local businesses and organizations involved. It not only facilitates student engagement with the wider community but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among the various stakeholders in Seneca County.
