Tiffin Glass Collectors Club set to host 36th annual Artistry in American Glass show

Tiffin, Ohio — The Tiffin Glass Collectors Club is gearing up to present the 36th annual Artistry in American Glass Show and Sale this weekend. The event will take place on Saturday, June 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, June 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tiffin Middle School located at 103 Shepherd Drive.
Renowned glass dealers from various states will come together with local and regional dealers to showcase their exquisite collections at this esteemed glass show, attracting passionate collectors from across the United States. The highlight of the event will be the offering of fine tableware and decorative ware crafted at the historic Tiffin Glass factory, which operated from 1889 to 1980. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to explore and purchase quality glassware from fellow exhibitors.
Admission to the show will be $5.00, providing attendees access to a handicapped accessible facility with ample free parking. To ensure a delightful experience, lunch and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the event.
While attending the show, visitors are encouraged to make their way to the nearby Tiffin Glass Museum & Shoppe, located at 25-27 S. Washington St. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the museum, which proudly showcases over 3,000 pieces of Tiffin Glass. The exhibition offers a comprehensive journey through the glassware produced at the Tiffin factory, spanning from its inception in 1889 to its closure in 1980. To celebrate the occasion, the museum will have extended hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the weekend, allowing enthusiasts ample time to explore its treasures.
