Stephanie Hicks named as new Seneca County Clerk of Courts

Tiffin, Ohio — Stephanie Hicks has been named as the new Seneca County Clerk of Courts, following the retirement of Jean Eckelberry.

Eckelberry announced her retirement in May after serving the public for over 20 years, including the last nine years as the Clerk of Courts.

Hicks will fulfill the remainder of Eckelberry’s unexpired four-year term, which runs through Jan. 1, 2025. She will be able to run for election to the position in the 2024 election.
