Get ready for paw-some fun: Downtown Tiffin’s Barking Lot Party returns for another year
Tiffin, Ohio — Downtown Tiffin’s annual Barking Lot Party is back and promises to be a fun-filled evening for the whole family, including our furry friends.
This highly anticipated event will take place on Thursday, May 18 from 5-8 p.m. in various locations throughout Downtown Tiffin, including City #7 located on South Washington Street.
The Barking Lot Party will feature a range of dog-friendly activities hosted by downtown merchants. These activities include a pet costume contest and dog agility course, both of which are sure to provide plenty of entertainment for dogs and their owners alike. Additionally, the Kiwanis Club of Seneca County will be selling digital photos with your pet and t-shirts to support the Tiffin Police Department K9 fundraiser.
Musical entertainment, food trucks, and vendors will also be present at the event, offering a range of tasty treats and unique pet-related products. This year’s event is sponsored by UIS Insurance & Investments, Reineke Family Dealerships, and Destination Seneca County.
Mayor Dawn Iannantuono expressed her excitement about the event, stating, “The Barking Lot Party is a fantastic opportunity for pet owners and dog lovers to come together and enjoy a fun-filled evening in Downtown Tiffin. We’re thrilled to be able to offer this event for the third year in a row, and we look forward to seeing everyone there.”
Admission to the Barking Lot Party is free, and all well-behaved dogs are welcome to attend. Participants are encouraged to bring their furry friends on a leash and to clean up after them.
