American Biomedical & Imaging Group lists business for sale on TSEP clearinghouse

Tiffin, Ohio — American Biomedical & Imaging Group, an established medical equipment repair and calibration company, has listed its business for sale on the Tiffin-Seneca Entrepreneurial Opportunity Clearinghouse.

The company has clients in Ohio, Michigan, and western Indiana, with two of its four employees based in Michigan. Over the past two years, American Biomedical has had earnings before taxes, interest, and amortization (EBITA) of $82,500, and last year had a revenue of half a million dollars, according to a press release from Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP).

TSEP, which announced the listing, stated that American Biomedical & Imaging Group offers much-needed technical services to dozens of communities throughout the region. The current board president of the Seneca County Commissioners, Anthony Paradiso, expressed his support for the project, saying that it is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to keep those services in Seneca County.

The Tiffin-Seneca Entrepreneurial Opportunity Clearinghouse, which launched in April 2021, aims to facilitate the flow of entrepreneurial talent and capital to new business start-up, franchise, and business acquisition opportunities. The clearinghouse has promoted 10 opportunities to date and has facilitated three successful business transactions, including Bird Scooters, Kuebler Shoes, and T.J. Willie’s.
