Findlay, Ohio — Two individuals have been arrested for robbery in Findlay after allegedly assaulting a 17-year-old and stealing his wallet.

According to the Findlay Police Department, 20-year-old Marcus Cataline and a 17-year-old male juvenile arrived at the Circle K parking lot on Crystal Avenue in a Chevy Cruz on Monday at approximately 4:59 p.m.

The victim, a separate 17-year-old juvenile male, was already at the Circle K in his own vehicle. The parties were reportedly acquainted with each other.

Cataline and the juvenile male allegedly put on ski masks and approached the victim while he was sitting in his vehicle. They then entered the victim’s vehicle, assaulted him, and took his wallet, according to police. The victim sustained unknown injuries during the incident.

Cataline and the juvenile male fled the scene in the Chevy Cruz, but not before the victim produced a handgun and fired three shots at their vehicle, striking it each time. There were no injuries reported inside the Chevy. The victim fled the area, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.

Police later located the Chevy Cruz and arrested Cataline and the juvenile male for robbery.

The Findlay Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of the victim for questioning, and additional charges may be pursued at a later date. The identities of the two juvenile males involved have been identified but are not being released at this time.

The investigation into this incident is still ongoing.
