TU offering discounted ticket, apparel packages for Cleveland Guardians game

Tiffin, Ohio — Tiffin University is offering discounted ticket and apparel packages to the Cleveland Guardians home game on July 7, where the University Choir will perform the national anthem. The offer is available to TU’s employees, alumni, and friends.

The package includes one ticket to the game at various seating-based price points. Additionally, the first 150 packages sold will come with an exclusive grey diamond C baseball cap featuring the Tiffin Dragon logo. This coincides with the Guardians’ Free Shirt Friday promotion, available to the first 12,500 fans, and post-game fireworks.

Vickie Wilkins, Director of Alumni Relations, expressed her excitement about the package and seeing people wearing the special game day caps. Wilkins said, “I think everybody being able to wear their TU pride will be a big hit in particular, and I can’t wait to spend the evening with our Dragon Nation.”

The game will take place at Progressive Field, with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. and the first pitch scheduled for 7:10 p.m. Alumni are encouraged to purchase their tickets before June 1 to guarantee seating together.
