Tiffin University earns top ranking for online master’s programs

Tiffin, Ohio — Tiffin University has been recognized as one of the best schools for online learning at the master’s level by OnlineMastersDegrees.org (OMD). Only six percent of regionally accredited postsecondary institutions earned a ranked position in any OMD category.

The university’s online programs in psychology, international business, marketing, homeland security, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree programs in Ohio have received top honors for overall quality, affordability, and commitment to student success.

According to Dr. Peter J. Holbrook, Provost and Chief Academic Officer, “It is wonderful to receive credit for our excellence in the very initiative we were one of the trailblazers for many years ago. When many institutions were still disparaging the quality of education offered through online programs, we not only saw potential value for the non-traditional student, but worked diligently to ensure our same standards for seated courses transferred to the online space. I’m pleased by how far we’ve come since then, and glad that our efforts were not in vain.”
