Tiffin, Ohio — Tiffin mayoral candidate, Lee Wilkinson, and his wife Susan, are inviting the Tiffin community to a candidate open house on Sunday, April 2 from 2-4 p.m. at their historic home located at 47 Clay Street, across from the Seneca County Museum.

The open house will give citizens the opportunity to meet Wilkinson and learn more about his goals for the city. Wilkinson has centered his mayoral campaign on finding ways for the community to work together for the benefit of everyone, according to a press release from his campaign.

“I believe that the wisdom of the community is greater than the wisdom of an individual,” Wilkinson said in the release. “Whatever the problem, I believe we can find a solution through communication.”

According to the release, Wilkinson is an experienced educator with more than 30 years of teaching and coaching. He is also an adjunct professor in the mathematics department at Heidelberg University, where he has taught since 2018. Additionally, he and his wife Susan own Simply Susan’s, a gift boutique in downtown Tiffin.
