2 men arrested for allegedly breaking into SR 53 property
Seneca Township, Ohio — Two men were arrested and charged with breaking & entering, a fifth-degree felony, after being caught allegedly entering a property without permission in the 5000 block of South St. Rte. 53 in Seneca Township, Seneca County on Monday.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the location and discovered the two men, identified as 39-year-old Nathanial Ray Poole of Deshler, Ohio and 41-year-old Adam L. Morman of Ottawa, Ohio. Both men were allegedly looking for items of value on the property.
The suspects are currently being held at the Seneca County Jail. Detectives and deputies are investigating the incident further.
“Our deputies were able to respond to the call immediately, which was truly instrumental to apprehending the subjects involved,” Sheriff Fred Stevens said in a press release. “This certainly sends a message to criminals who choose to go on properties without permission, it is unacceptable in this county.”
