Man charged with child sex-related crimes following undercover sting by Tiffin police
A 29-year-old man from Church Hill, Tennessee has been arrested on various child sex-related charges following an undercover investigation by the Tiffin Police Department.
Detective Eric England, who posed as a 15-year-old girl online, began the investigation in April 2022.
During the course of the investigation, the suspect, identified as Brandon Joseph Seamon, allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to Detective England’s child persona, including specific acts he wanted to perform.
Seamon also sent nude photos of himself, according to Tiffin PD.
The arrest was made as a result of a cooperative effort between the Tiffin Police Department and law enforcement authorities in Tennessee.
“Great work by Detective England in keeping our children safe from online predators. Well done Eric!” the Tiffin Police Department said in a statement.
