Students residing in Seneca County in kindergarten through grade 3 will have the opportunity to participate in the coloring contest. The winning entry will receive the number one dog license for 2023.
If your class would like to participate, please have students color this picture. Also attached is an entry form that will need to be completed by the parents of each student entering the contest. The deadline to submit entries will be on Nov. 21.
Adkins thanked all parents for allowing students to participate in the contest.
“We look forward to seeing all of the entries,” she said.
