Tiffin, Ohio — The Tiffin AMVETS Post 48 women’s auxiliary is set to host a comedy show and dinner benefiting military veterans on April 30, 2022. The event is open to the public and tickets are available now.

The “Veterans of Comedy” are a group of veterans that seek to bring laughter to men and women in uniform, past and present, according to their website. The group has performed all over the world and in just about every state in the U.S.

The group was founded in 2014 by veterans Will C. and Erik Knowles. They aim to not only help bridge the gap between service and civilian life by performing for troops and veterans, but to also be involved in communities by raising awareness about veterans’ issues, their website states.

The event will feature Will C., Longhorn the Comedian, and Jerad Langley. Raffles, including a 50/50, will also be held during the show.

A spaghetti dinner with salad will be offered from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and the show will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Tickets for the show are $15 each, and tickets for both the dinner and show are $20. Tickets are on sale now at the Tiffin AMVETS Post 48, 1909 State Route 100, Tiffin.
