Tiffin, Ohio — A Tiffin-based art studio & gallery has teamed up with several local businesses for a free family friendly event, including a holiday glass scavenger hunt and a word scrabble raffle, set for this weekend.

Ryan Poignon of The Poignon Project says 30 golden tickets will be hidden throughout Downtown Tiffin for your chance to win handmade glass produced by The Poignon Project.

The scavenger hunt will kick off at The Poignon Project, 227 E. Perry St., on Saturday, Dec. 11 at 10 a.m.

Free hot chocolate and cookies made by Handshoe Cakes and Cookies will be provided. Beth Mattia will be providing live music, and Laura’s Lenses will be taking photos. Free take-home art activities will also be provided by the Community Art Shed.

Additionally, Poignon has partnered with eight Downtown Tiffin businesses to provide a “word scrabble raffle” for your chance to win a gift basket with over $500 in local products and gift cards.

Each business will have entry cards and a letter posted at their checkout counter. Simply visit each shop for the letters, and once you finish, bring your entry card to The Poignon Project at 227 E. Perry St., complete with your name and phone number.

The word scrabble raffle will be a one-day raffle for Saturday, Dec. 11, and will start at 10 a.m. Cards must be turned into The Poignon Project by 7 p.m. that day.
