New discount department store to open in Tiffin

Tiffin, Ohio — A new discount department store is coming to Tiffin.

Burkes Outlet is a Florida-based chain offering name-brand clothing, beauty products, shoes, toys, gifts and home items at up to 70% off other stores’ prices, according to the company website.

The new Tiffin store will be moving into the Westgate Village Shopping Center at the former Pat Catans location.

The company has posted multiple job openings for the Tiffin store online. They can be viewed here.

The store is set to open on Nov. 11 at 9 a.m.
