Tiffin, Ohio — A Findlay woman was indicted this week on charges stemming from a fatal crash that occurred in July of last year.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Norwalk Post investigated a fatal crash that occurred July 25, 2020, at approximately 5:25 p.m. The crash occurred on County Road 59, east of County Road 45 in Big Spring Township, Seneca County.
Tiffany Robertson, 35, of Findlay, was driving a 2020 Ford Fusion eastbound on County Road 59.
Jeremy Martinez, 35, of Findlay, was driving a 2005 Honda Shadow motorcycle westbound on County Road 59.
Robertson drove left of center and struck Martinez head on. Martinez succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene.
Upon completion of the Patrol’s investigation, the case was presented to the Seneca County Grand Jury.
Robertson was indicted on felony charges of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Deputies from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Robertson yesterday. She is incarcerated at the Seneca County Jail pending arraignment.
