Update: Tiffin police have found the parents of a toddler who was found wandering by himself Monday.

Police are searching for the parents or guardians of a toddler who was found by himself Monday morning.

Police say the child was found wandering near Franklin St. and Clay St. on the city’s north end.

Anyone who recognizes the child should contact TPD on Facebook or by phone at (419) 447-2323.
