Tiffin, Ohio — For the first time, the City of Tiffin Income Tax Department is offering the option for residents to file their tax return online. The City of Tiffin, along with Municipal Income Tax Solutions LLC, are providing this E-file system as a convenience to taxpayers.
To access this service, visit www.tiffinohio.gov and click on the E-File button at the top of the page, or navigate to the Tax Department page and click on the button on the left side of the page labeled E-File. W-2s and Federal tax documents (Form 1040) are required and can be uploaded onto the E-file site.
Citizens who are unable to or do not wish to E-File may still file a paper return. Prepared tax returns may be mailed to the City of Tiffin Income Tax Department, P.O. Box 518, Tiffin, OH 44883, or they may also be placed in the night drop at the City Hall Annex building.
Those individuals who have not filed a tax return with the City of Tiffin previously must register with the tax office before using the E-File site.
For more information, call the City of Tiffin Income Tax Department at (419) 448-5405.
