Fostoria, Ohio — Authorities raided a Fostoria apartment Thursday and seized suspected drugs and criminal tools.
The Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional agents/officers from the Fostoria Police Department including the K9 Unit, Tiffin Police Department and Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation – Clandestine Lab Unit, conducted a search warrant operation on a residence located at 1204 Peeler Dr. Apt. J, Fostoria.
Police said that is the residence of 38-year-old Charles D. Goodluck and 24-year-old Shaneal L. Endicott. The Fostoria Police Division’s SWAT team was utilized to execute the search warrant safely and effectively on the residence.
The search warrant signed by Judge Jay Meyer of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court – Juvenile Division unveiled suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments and criminal tools.
Charges of possession of heroin, possession of criminal tools, and possession of drug abuse instruments are all pending on Goodluck upon the conclusion of the entire drug investigation and laboratory analysis results.
