AMBER Alert issued for missing Northeast Ohio 4-year-old forcibly taken from home

Mingo Junction, Ohio — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 4-year-old from Northeast Ohio who was forcibly taken from her home Wednesday evening.

At 6:57 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, suspect Corey T’Bren Rice forced his way into his girlfriend’s house and took his biological daughter, 4-year-old Cailee Rice.

The suspect took cellphones from the house and is considered armed and dangerous.

The incident took place in Jefferson County on 113 Pattison Ave. in the city of Mingo Junction.

Cailee Rice is described as a 4-year-old Black female who is bi-racial and has shoulder length black hair in pigtails with a blue barrette, wearing a pink coat and pink boots.

The suspect, 32-year-old Corey T’bren Rice, is a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’9″ and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, royal blue sweat pants with “Nike” written on the side.

He was driving a teal 2010 Ford Escape with Ohio license plate #DWT4723.
