Old Fort teen transported to hospital after vehicle crash in Findlay
Findlay, Ohio — A 16-year-old girl was transported to an area hospital with suspected minor injuries following a vehicle crash in Findlay Sunday afternoon.
40-year-old Brian Fincham, of Findlay, was driving a 2018 Ford Explorer on County Road 236 when he began to make a left-hand turn eastbound onto U.S. 224 at approximately 2:44 p.m.
31-year-old Kyle Slone, of Old Fort, was driving a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis when police say he ran a red traffic light, striking Fincham’s vehicle in the intersection.
Slone’s passenger, 16-year-old Pearl Sander, was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital by her mother, Sheri Sander, for suspected minor injuries.
Slone was cited by the Findlay Police Department for disobeying a traffic control device and failure to reinstate license.
