The Ohio Department of Health reported 3,590 new confirmed and probable cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) Thursday, above the state’s 21-day reported daily case rolling average of 2,127.
The batch of new cases brings the state’s total number of COVID-19 cases to 208,937.
19 additional deaths were reported Thursday, bringing the state’s total number of coronavirus-related deaths to 5,275.
Hospitalizations are up by 194 compared to Wednesday’s data, making for a total of 18,800 reported hospitalizations statewide.
Admissions to intensive care units are up by 26, with a total of 3,816 ICU admissions throughout Ohio.
