FINDLAY, Ohio — A Fostoria woman and two Findlay residents were transported to an area hospital following a vehicle crash Sunday evening.
At approximately 6:19 p.m., 72-year-old Cheryl White, of Findlay, was driving a 2013 Kia Rio westbound on Tiffin Ave. in the right lane approaching Plaza St.
77-year-old Sandra Hoffman, of Fostoria, was facing eastbound on Tiffin Ave. in the left turn lane at Plaza St. in her 2002 Dodge Neon when she began to turn northbound on Plaza St. failing to yield to oncoming traffic and struck White’s vehicle.
Hoffman was transported by HANCO EMS to Blanchard Valley Hospital emergency room for chest pains and was cited for failure to yield at a left turn.
Cheryl White was transported by HANCO EMS to Blanchard Valley Hospital emergency room for a leg injury, and her passenger, 63-year-old Lawrence White, also of Findlay, was transported by HANCO EMS to the emergency room for his vitals to be checked.
The Findlay Police Department was assisted on scene by HANCO EMS, Findlay Fire, and BG Towing.
