The Ohio Department of Health reported 1,422 new confirmed and probable cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) Wednesday.
The batch of new cases brings the state’s total number of COVID-19 cases to 104,248.
26 additional deaths were reported Wednesday, bringing the state’s total number of coronavirus-related deaths to 3,734.
Hospitalizations are up by 141 compared to Tuesday’s data, making for a total of 11,901 reported hospitalizations statewide.
Admissions to intensive care units are up by 22, with a total of 2,721 ICU admissions throughout Ohio.
