The Ohio Department of Health on Sunday reported a total of 74,932 confirmed and probable cases of the novel coronavirus, up 1,110 from Saturday.
The number of Ohioans that have died with the coronavirus increased by 42, for a total of 3,174.
9,555 hospitalizations have taken place throughout the state for those with the coronavirus.
Additionally, the Ohio Department of Health reported a total of 2,315 admissions to intensive care units.
The age range for those infected throughout Ohio is less than 1-year-old up to 109-years-old, with a median age of 43-years-old.
Throughout the United States, there are more than 3.7 million confirmed cases of coronavirus, and 140,255 Americans have died with the coronavirus.
Gov. Mike DeWine (R) on Sunday told NBC’s Meet The Press host Chuck Todd that the state of Ohio is going “the wrong way” on COVID-19 infections, and as a result, he’s not ruling out a statewide mask mandate.
