Cedar Point announced Tuesday that it will no longer require reservations to attend the park.
The amusement park originally required guests to make advance reservations online or on their app since its July 9 opening date due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but as of July 21, guests are no longer required to do so.
The move comes as Cedar Point is likely facing low attendance due to the ongoing pandemic.
“Reservations are no longer required for park entry! We look forward to seeing you,” Cedar Point said in a post to Twitter on Tuesday.
Due to the shortened season, Cedar Point will honor 2020 season passes in 2021.
