TIFFIN — Due to the Independence Day holiday falling on a Saturday this year and limited office hours due to COVID-19, county offices will be observing the holiday on several different dates this year.
The Seneca County RTA Building, 109 S. Washington St., which includes the Auditor, Recorder, Tax Map and Treasurer’s offices, is to be closed on July 2 in observance of the holiday.
Also, note that the RTA Building remains closed every Friday due to budget cuts brought about by the health crisis.
The Seneca County Justice Center, Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services and the Seneca County General Health District are to be closed on July 3 for the holiday.
The Seneca County Commissioners’ Office and the Seneca Regional Planning Commission Office are to observe the holiday on July 6.
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment with any of these offices, call ahead for more information.
