FOSTORIA, Ohio — Authorities executed a drug-related search warrant on a Fostoria apartment Tuesday which unveiled heroin, prescription pills, and more.
The Seneca County METRICH Drug Task Force, along with officers from the Fostoria Police Division and Tiffin Police Department, raided the residence at 1207 Peeler Dr., Apt. C, which is the residence of 32-year-old Cynthia M. Harper.
The Fostoria Police Division’s SWAT team was also utilized to execute the search warrant, which was signed by Judge Mark E. Repp of the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court, safely and effectively on the residence.
Upon searching the home, authorities found suspected heroin, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia.
Charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against Harper upon the conclusion of the investigation and laboratory analysis results.
“With the drugs that were seized in today’s operation, I believe our community is a safer place,” Fostoria Police Chief Keith Loreno said. “We will work tirelessly to rid Fostoria of these scourges.”
