Tiffin-Seneca United Way announced Friday that it has raised over $5,000 so far from the Project Together Ohio t-shirt initiative put together by local businesses.
Threads, Washington Street Outfitters, Sweetums Signatures, and Rustic Flair and Brush organized the project, which offers “Together We Rise” t-shirts for $20, with $10 of each sale being donated to Tiffin-Seneca United Way’s Disaster Relief & COVID-19 Fund for those in need.
“By joining together we can work to help empower our community,” Tiffin-Seneca United Way wrote on its Facebook page.
First Call for Help (FCFH), a program of Tiffin-Seneca United Way, provides direct information and referral services to the residents of Tiffin and Seneca County.
The program administers several financial assistance programs, including but not limited to: heating utilities, water assistance, rent assistance, read-to-succeed program, school supplies for needy children, holiday assistance, help for low-income senior citizens, health insurance assistance for the unemployed, and more.
