BP has joined the growing list of companies offering special discounts and offers for first responders and healthcare workers amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
BP and Amoco announced that their gas stations will offer a 50 cent per gallon discount to first responders and healthcare workers.
“Thank you for being on the frontlines and keeping our communities healthy and safe. We are honored to be supporting you and helping you get where you need to go,” the company stated on its website.
To take advantage of the offer, first responders and healthcare workers need to verify their employment through ID.me, an online identity verification service.
