Report: Second person in Ohio dies from coronavirus





A second person has died from coronavirus in Ohio, according to a report.

The Sandusky Register reported that an 85-year-old man died sometime after 4 p.m. Friday.

“He was very sick and on a ventilator,” Erie County Commissioner Pete Schade told the Register.

The 85-year-old man was being treated in an ICU unit at an area hospital, according to the Register.

According to Erie County health officials, the man was the county’s first positive case of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
