Columbia Gas of Ohio has announced that it will voluntarily suspend shutoffs for non-payment in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
The company is offering customers who indicate an impact or hardship as a result of the pandemic its most flexible payment plans and will suspend late payment charges until May 1, according to a news release.
