‘What Was That!?’: Fighter jet escorts Civil Air Patrol unit over Tiffin area Monday morning
TIFFIN, OH (TiffinOhio.net News) — Some Tiffin area residents had no clue what was going on when they heard a blaring noise coming from the sky around 9:30 in the morning on Monday.
A U.S. Air Force fighter jet was doing a complete circle around the Tiffin area at around 9:30 AM on Monday, and then headed due west towards Findlay at a fairly low altitude.
It appears the fighter jet was escorting another aircraft, a Cessna 182T Skylane Civil Air Patrol unit, out of the Toledo area.
