Tiffin marijuana trafficker sentenced to nearly five years in prison
TIFFIN, OH — A Tiffin woman who pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana and hashish was sentenced to nearly 5 years in prison on Tuesday.
Nichole A. Lange, 24, of Tiffin, pleaded guilty to felony charges of trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in hashish.
According to court records, Judge Steve Shuff followed joint sentencing recommendations and sentenced Lange to 58 months in prison, with credit for 69 days already served.
Lange is also being ordered to forfeit an iPhone and around $6,700 in cash.
Court records state Lange could be eligible for judicial release after she serves as least one year in prison. The charges stemmed from a raid by the METRICH Drug Enforcement Task Force on Lange’s residence at 375 1/2 E. Perry St. in April.
