An Ohio pastor is accused of having sex with a girl, who police say had already been sexually abused when she was younger, in church.

Cesar Guerrero, 38, a pastor at Misión Cristiana El Calvario in Sharonville, Ohio, has been charged with three counts of sexual battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 5, according to court documents.

Prosecutors say Guerrero read Bible scripture and prayers while forcing the 17-year-old girl into sex acts. He was arrested Wednesday.

“He used Bible scripture and prayer to cleanse her as she performed oral sex on him,” said the prosecutor at Thursday’s arraignment of 41-year-old Cesar Guerrero.

“That’s enough,” interrupted the judge.

“If I may just finish my last sentence,” continued the prosecutor.

“That’s enough!” the judge barked back.

The assault reportedly occurred last week inside the church.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, court records show Guerrero told the girl that God was talking to him and said the sexual act was necessary.

The Enquirer reports Guerrero also is facing federal child pornography charges and that other federal charges are pending.

Police tell Local 12 they believe Guerrero also preyed on women at the church above the age of 18.

There were no court documents listing an attorney for Guerrero. Attempts to reach the church for comment on Friday were unanswered.
