FREMONT, OH — A Fremont man and two 15-year-old girls who were reported missing last week have been charged after allegedly fleeing from police over the weekend.
Lauren Robles, 15 and Rayne Kowpak, 15 were reported missing to the Sandusky County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio. Both girls were last seen Wednesday around 9 a.m. with a man named Isaiah Kelly, 18.
On Saturday, a man reported that he had spotted the three individuals walking along railroad tracks.
A Fremont Police officer attempted to detain the man and two missing teens, but they fled the area.
Eventually the officer was able to catch up to the three individuals, placing them in custody.
Kelly had two outstanding municipal court warrants, including one for domestic violence. Robles, 15, had a juvenile warrant out for her arrest.
Kelly, Robles, and Kowpak were all charged with obstruction of official business, and Kelly was also charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors, according to Fremont Police.
The teens could also face trespassing charges due to walking along railroad tracks owned by Norfolk Southern.
