19-year-old Sycamore man accused of rape, abduction
SYCAMORE, OH (TiffinOhio.net News) — A Sycamore man was indicted on felony charges of rape, abduction, and gross sexual imposition this week.
According to court records, Stephen Braxton Maple, 19, of Sycamore, was charged with first-degree felony rape, third-degree felony abduction, and fourth-degree felony gross sexual imposition.
The assault took place in February, according to court records, where Maple allegedly took a woman against her will and raped her.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office served Maple with the indictment on Thursday.
Maple was booked into Seneca County Jail.
