Fostoria woman pleads guilty to trafficking cocaine, endangering children
TIFFIN, OH (TiffinOhio.net News) — A Fostoria woman pleaded guilty in a Seneca County courtroom on Tuesday.
According to court records, Nichole S. Hernandez, 34, of Fostoria, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree felony charges of trafficking cocaine and permitting drug abuse, and a first-degree misdemeanor charge of endangering children.
The guilty plea stems from offenses which took place last year, where Hernandez reportedly allowed a Fostoria man, 33-year-old Marquis Brown, to sell cocaine out of her Fostoria apartment.
Brown, who pleaded guilty to six drug-related charges, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison in May.
Hernandez’s case will now be going to the sentencing phase where prosecutors will determine an appropriate punishment.
