Fostoria man accused of raping 7-year-old boy

FOSTORIA, OH (TiffinOhio.net News) — According to police, a Fostoria man was charged with rape, a first-degree felony, after he allegedly raped a 7-year-old boy.

Police say Cody A. Wells, 19, of Fostoria, was charged with the first-degree felony this week after a Wood County Sheriff’s Office investigation into the alleged incident, which occurred at Wells’ residence on Portage View Road in Fostoria back in December.

There, Wells allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a 7-year-old boy.

Wells’ bond was set at $500,000 cash or surety by the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court.
