Tiffin Pedal Company hosts ribbon cutting & grand opening event
TIFFIN, OH — One of Tiffin’s newest and most innovative businesses hosted its ribbon cutting and grand opening event on Sunday.
Tiffin Pedal Company is an entertainment service that features a 14 seat party bike. It consists of 10 pedaling seats, 2 non pedaling seats, and a back bench that can seat 2 more people.
The ribbon-cutting event also coincided with the grand opening of the Chandelier Community Event Center next to Madison Street Tavern. The street was shut down today for the event.
“We supply a driver so all you have to worry about is pedaling and having fun! We hope to become a “go to” for your entertainment needs here in Tiffin,” owner Dan Perry said.
The bike will be available to rent for events such as: Bachelor/bachelorette parties, Bar crawls, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Beer/wine tastings and many more!
Alcohol is allowed on the bike with a couple stipulations. Patrons can each have up to a 36 oz. beer or 18 oz. wine on the bike, in a non-glass container.
“There will be specialty tours in which we partner with local businesses to create a unique experience while on our bike. We will have many family friendly options as well such as town history tours and ice cream/park crawls. Just ask us about options for crafting a tour,” Perry continued.
Perry is a Tiffin native, where he lives with his family. He is a barber at Champs Barber Shop in downtown Tiffin and a partner in a residential rental business he runs with his brothers.
“We look forward to going for a ride with you!”
