Fostoria drug trafficker sentenced to nearly 13 years in prison

FOSTORIA, OH — A Fostoria man has been sentenced to nearly 13 years in prison for charges stemming from drug trafficking and other criminal activities, according to court documents.

Frisco W. Parks, 33, of Fostoria, was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, having weapons while under disability, and possessing of criminal tools.

Parks was found guilty on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and the one charge of having weapons while under disability, according to court records.

Parks pleaded guilty to a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony in Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom, where he was sentenced to nearly 13 years in prison for credit for 280 days already served.
