Seneca County Sheriff’s Office responds to possible overdose

FOSTORIA, OH — According to a statement from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a man who possibly overdosed Saturday night.

Around 7:30 PM, authorities received a report of an unresponsive 26-year-old man at a mobile home in Fostoria on W. Axline St. Narcan was administered to the man on-scene and he was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital by Bascom EMS.

This is a developing story and the incident is still under investigation. According to the sheriff’s department statement, Bascom EMS, Bascom Joint Fire District, and the ECHO Unit assisted with the call.
