Police: Attica man arrested after high-speed pursuit with multiple agencies
ATTICA, OH — An Attica man was arrested and charged Sunday after a high-speed pursuit with several law enforcement agencies early in the morning.
According to court records, Jaycob R. Kaiser, 18, of Attica, was arrested after the high-speed pursuit which started around 3:30 AM on Sunday. Kaiser’s vehicle was going at least 80 MPH during the pursuit, according to police.
Kaiser was charged with Fleeing & Eluding, underage consumption, and operation of a motor vehicle with disregard for the safety of people or property, as well as 21 traffic counts of failure to yield right-of way. Kaiser bonded out of jail on Monday.
According to police, multiple agencies were involved with the pursuit, including personnel from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Tiffin Police Department, Huron County Sheriff’s Office, and Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
