TIFFIN, OH — Mayor Aaron Montz announced today that a new $2 billion amusement park will be opening in Tiffin.

The amusement park, Tiffin Land, will be built on 350 acres of land just outside of Tiffin, or about four times the current size of Disneyland.

Ohio is already home to everyone’s favorite park, Cedar Point in Sandusky, as well as Kings Island, outside of Cincinnati. The two amusement parks are some of the most popular in the country, attracting 3.6 million and 3.5 million visitors in 2017, respectively.

Tiffin Land will have a wide range of activities, including roller coasters, water park activities, restaurants, and more.

Construction is set to begin in April, and parts of the park could open as soon as 2021.
