Camden Falls to host fundraiser for Tiffin’s real-life Batman, diagnosed with cancer
TIFFIN, OH — Camden Falls is set to host a fundraiser to benefit Tiffin’s “real-life Batman,” Bruce Wayne, who has metastatic prostate cancer.
The event, “Battle for Batman,” said on its Facebook page that “Bruce is a selfless, caring person and a great friend to us all!”
Wayne made national headlines in 2017 when he officially broke the record for consecutive days of eating Chipotle. Even on days when Chipotle was closed, such as certain holidays, Wayne would plan ahead by ordering a second serving the day before and store it at home to eat the next day.
The event will take place March 30th, 2019 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.
$20 plate for a spaghetti dinner (alfredo sauce also an option), side salad, and assorted rolls/breads.
See the event’s Facebook page for more info.
