Findlay Domino’s makes special delivery to homeless shelter without hot food during snow storm

FINDLAY, OH — After reading a Facebook post from the City Mission of Findlay about the shelter not being able to serve hot meals during the winter storm over the weekend, Domino’s in Findlay decided to make a special delivery.

“Due to the Hancock Level 2 Road Alert the City Mission will NOT be serving a Hot meal tonight for dinner. We will have sandwiches & cans of soup available if you need food. If you need a place to stay please call 419-423-9151. Be Safe & Stay warm,” the City Mission initially posted on Saturday.

Domino’s saw their post shortly after, and responded with their own special delivery.

“Wow!! Thank you to Domino’s Pizza who read our post about not serving hot dinner tonight & decided to deliver pizza to our residents! We are so thankful & blessed to be to part of this community! Thank you Domino’s for your generosity!,” City Mission said.
