Police respond to ‘erratic’ man at Mickey Mart, possibly on drugs

REPUBLIC, OH — Authorities and emergency teams responded to a report of an erratic man at the Mickey Mart convenience store in Republic Friday morning.
According to a spokesperson from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, a person reported a 40-year old man was acting unstable and was possibly on drugs.
The reported man was transported to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.
Authorities were alerted to the incident at 8:14 AM. Republic EMS, Scipio-Republic Fire Department, the ECHO Unit responded to the scene. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office also responded.
The incident is under investigation and no further details were available at the time of this writing.
