Local man arrested, charged with kidnapping
TIFFIN, OH — According to information from the Tiffin Police Department, a local man was charged with kidnapping Saturday for an incident that occurred Friday night.
Cooper J. Zoeller, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with one count of kidnapping.
The Tiffin Police Department received a report of a woman trapped in a Webster Street home for over six hours forcefully by Zoeller, including acts of hitting and choking. Zoeller was charged Saturday and transported to Seneca County Jail.
The incident is still under investigation.
