Local limo company sued by widow of man killed in accident

TIFFIN, OH — Local limousine and transportation company, Advanced Limousine Service, is being sued by the widow of a local businessman who was killed in a traffic accident last year when riding in one of the company’s vehicles.
Patricia Heddles, wife of Willard P. Heddles, 74, of Tiffin, the former CEO of Tiffin Metal Products, filed the suit.
According to the suit, which is publicly available to review, Dennis Gaietto, of Bloomville, the driver of the vehicle for Advanced Limo, was also named as a defendant in the suit.
Heddles was on a trip with Advanced Limo on his way to the airport when the single-vehicle accident occurred on I-75. Multiple accusations are being made, including that the vehicle was driving at a faster speed than what was reasonable for the given weather and road conditions at the time, and other vehicle maintenance-related safety hazards.
A representative for Advanced Limo did not have any comment on the case when contacted by TiffinOhio.net.
