Shooting involving Berg student under investigation, suspect still at-large
TIFFIN, OH — The Tiffin Police Department responded to a shooting call on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. The shooting was “OFF CAMPUS” at the intersection of Beechwood and Westwood Drives in the city of Tiffin.
A vehicle was struck by a bullet. One of the occupants of the vehicle is a current Heidelberg University student. The student was not injured. The shooter has not been apprehended.

John Ross E. Moyler, of Westerville, has been arrested in connection to a vehicle being shot at at Beechwood and Westwood drives Tuesday evening. Moyler is the alleged driver of the vehicle where the shooter was a passenger. The shooter remains at large, according to Tiffin Police Department.
